When do tickets go on sale?

How are tickets sold?

 

Tickets will be available for purchase as single day tickets and two-day ticket packages while supplies last. Two-day ticket packages will guarantee the same seats for both days of the tie.

How many tickets can I buy?

 

Customers are limited to no more than twelve (12) two-day ticket packages per household. All orders exceeding this limit will be automatically cancelled. Sales limits are in place to ensure that as many customers as possible can receive access to Davis Cup tickets.

 

Are there any places I could go in person to purchase tickets?

 

We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance as capacity is limited. Any remaining tickets will be available for walk-up purchase at the Curb Event Center box office.

 

When will my tickets arrive?

 

Tickets will be delivered according to the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase.

 

Are there any senior citizen, student, group or military discounts?

 

Unfortunately there are no senior citizen, student, group or military discounts available at this time.

 

What is the minimum age for a child to require a ticket?

 

Children four years and older must have a ticket, while children under the age of four may sit on a parent’s lap.

 

Do you offer ADA accessible seating?

 

Yes, ADA accessible seating is available. The ADA guest and one companion will be accommodated.

 

Is it possible to upgrade my tickets?

 

It is not possible to upgrade your tickets.

 

I have already ordered my tickets, but need to cancel them. How can I do that?

 

We do not allow any refunds or cancellations. All sales are final.

 

I’ve seen Davis Cup tickets for sale on other websites. Should I buy from these other sites?

 

There are many websites that advertise Davis Cup tickets. With the exception of the USTA’s Official Travel Partner for Davis Cup, Steve Furgal’s International Tennis Tours, these are broker sites and are not affiliated with the United States Tennis Association. When you purchase tickets from these sites, you are taking a personal risk at which you have no recourse through the USTA. The USTA highly advises against purchasing tickets through these unauthorized sites.

 

I lost my tickets. What can I do?

 

Unfortunately we are unable to replace lost tickets.

 

I did not receive my tickets. What can I do?

 

Please email us here if you requested to have your tickets mailed and did not receive them. 

 

Is it guaranteed that I will see certain players?

 

No. While players may announce their intentions of playing the event, teams will not be officially announced until 10 days prior to the start of the tie. The USTA has no control over which players will play for either team as this is determined by the respective captain of each team.

 

This is my first Davis Cup tie. What is the format for the event?

 

Davis Cup play consists of five matches played over two days: two singles matches on Friday, one doubles match and two singles matches on Saturday. These five collective matches are called a “tie.” The first country to win three matches wins the tie. Match scoring is best-of-three tiebreak sets. As per Davis Cup rules, Saturday’s schedule may be adjusted once a result has been determined.

 

What time do the matches begin, and what time will they end?

 

Match start times will be confirmed soon. The end time will vary depending on how long each match lasts. Gates will open one hour prior to the start time each day.

 

Am I allowed to leave the matches and come back later that same day? Can I come to the first match and allow someone else to return for the second match on the same day?

 

No. Re-admittance is not allowed.

The seating capacity is approximately 7,000.

Are there any prohibited items?

 

Safety is one of the highest priorities and every reasonable step has been taken to ensure the safety of everyone attending the event. Several important security measures have been implemented in conjunction with Local, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies. All fans will go through a screening process before entering. There is a limit of one bag per person and all bags are subject to search and cannot be larger than 12 in. x 12 in. x 16 in.

 

The following items are prohibited and may not be brought onto the premises: backpacks, hard coolers or like container, sealed packages of any kind, bottles or cans (glass or metal), aerosol cans, alcohol, commercial video cameras or recording devices, computers or laptops, food (except in limited quantities, or for medical, dietary or infant purposes), weapons, animals (unless a service animal), any materials constituting unauthorized advertising or promotion, laser pointing devices, drones or other model aircraft, “selfie” sticks or other telescopic devices, and any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the USTA and/or Davis Cup personnel, in their sole discretion. Are there volunteer opportunties available?

 

Yes, we are looking for volunteers to assist with operations and transportation. Sign up for ant of the volunteer positions listed below by clicking here. 

 

Floater

This volunteer area requires energetic individuals who are comfortable with light to moderate manual labor and taking direction with a strong attention to detail. Under the direction of the production coordinators, individuals will perform any number of tasks including but not limited to: hanging signage, ensuring event rooms are set-up and maintained properly, assisting with all court needs, filling drink product coolers, general office administration support, running errands and performing other functions as required. 2 volunteers per shift (2 shifts per day: Mon. 3/2 – Sun. 3/8).

 

Credential Office

This volunteer area requires friendly and personable individuals with strong customer service skills and computer proficiency. Under the direction of the credentials coordinator, individuals will organize and issue event credentials and provide general office administration support. For consistency, preference is given to individuals who can work the most days. 1 volunteer per shift (1-2 shifts per day: Mon. 3/2 – Sun. 3/8).

 

Volunteer Office

This volunteer area requires friendly and personable individuals. Individuals will be based in the volunteer office at the arena. At the direction of the volunteer coordinator, individuals will assist with checking in volunteers, distributing uniforms, directing volunteers to their position and answering any general inquires fellow volunteers may have. For consistency, preference is given to individuals who can work the most days. 1 volunteer per shift (2 shifts per day: Mon. 3/2 – Sat. 3/7).

 

USTA Hospitality Areas

This volunteer area requires friendly and personable individuals with strong customer service skills who are comfortable interacting with VIPs. Individuals will greet VIPs and check them in at the hospitality entrance, answer general questions about the tie and run errands as required. 1 volunteer per shift (1 shift per match day).

 

Statistician

This volunteer area requires individuals with a strong attention to detail who are computer proficient and knowledgeable about tennis scoring. Under the direction of the scoreboard operator, individuals will assist with inputting match scores and statistics into a computer driving the scoreboards. For consistency, preference will be given to individuals who can work the most match days. 1 volunteer per shift (1-2 shifts per match day).

 

Transportation Office

This volunteer area requires friendly and personable individuals with strong customer service skills and an attention to detail. Individuals will be based in the transportation office at the venue. At the direction of the transportation coordinator, individuals will arrange transportation for designated VIPs, sponsors and officials to/from their hotel and provide general office administration support. For consistency, preference is given to individuals who can work the most days. 1 volunteer per shift (3 shifts per day: Mon. 3/2 – Sun. 3/8).

 

Driver

This volunteer area requires personable and efficient individuals who enjoy driving and are very familiar with local roads and traffic patterns. Individuals must be 25 years of age or older with a good driving record and valid driver’s license. Individuals will drive VIPs, sponsors and officials to designated locations (including the airport) and run errands as required. All transportation volunteers must supply a copy of their driver’s license (front & back) and have a valid automobile insurance card (including policy number). 5-8 volunteers per shift (3 shifts per day: Sun. 3/1 – Sun. 3/8).

Patriots Day Clinic, 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. at McKinley High School

Cost: Free, Veterans only. No registration required.

To show our appreciation to our veterans and Wounded Warriors Ohana, the USTA will be hosting a free family tennis clinic. All veterans and their family members are welcome.

 

Sunday, March 1

Stars & Stripes Tennis Fest, 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. at McKinley High School

Cost: Free

Kids, join us on the tennis courts for the USA Stars & Stripes Kids Day. We're getting hyped up for the Davis Cup, USA vs. Uzbekistan. This tennis fest is designed for kids ages 6-11. Our smaller racquets and slower-bouncing balls will make the tennis activities fun for everyone. No experience needed. All equipment is provided. Dress up in your red/white/blue and receive a prize. Invitational Kids Day, McKinley High School

Cost: Free, by invitation only

A group of lucky Hawaii kids will get a chance to share the court with Team USA. Our players will lead a kids clinic and share some of their tips for success.
