Adult Team Competitions

The Men’s Donoff Cup and the Women’s Intersectional events are a battle amongst other USTA Sectional teams to earn the title of the best team in the nation. Teams are comprised of the top players from each USTA Section, many of whom played at a top level as a junior, college tennis, or even on tour. Teams range from 4-7 players playing both singles and doubles through the week.

APPLICATIONS AND SELECTION

Applications are emailed to active Age Group division tournament players and players who are eligible based on age and ratings. Applications are sent in the late spring and open through the summer. Applicants are then reviewed and voted on by members of the USTA Texas Adult Competitive Committee. Players must be in good standing with USTA Texas and prove a history of competition worthy of playing for USTA Texas.
