Gather your friends and come play in a USTA NorCal Adult League this Summer and Fall.  USTA NorCal is offering an incentive for new players to come and try an Adult League and for players who are interested in captaining their first team!

USTA NorCal First League “Free”

 

Come try an Adult League!  To encourage new players to try a USTA NorCal Adult League for the first time, USTA NorCal is offering a First USTA NorCal League “Free” promotion.  This offer is valid for any eligible player that is playing their first USTA NorCal league.  See details below.  

 

Whether you enjoy playing socially or socially and competitively, USTA NorCal Adult Leagues is a great way to play tennis, meet other players, get great exercise, and make new friends.  There are many different types of leagues for all ages and abilities throughout the year with the opportunity to advance to Nationals for most leagues offered.  CLICK HERE to learn more about USTA NorCal Adult League programs and offerings.

Offer

  • Free League for first time players to USTA NorCal Adult Leagues

 

Limitations

  • Offer valid from Jan 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025

  • Offer valid for up to 155 new USTA NorCal Adult League players

  • Leagues included in this promotion are Mixed 40, Adult 55, Adult 70, Combo, Reno-Tahoe Adult 40 early start league, Reno-Tahoe Mixed 18 Early Start League 

 

Requirements
  • Player must to be good standing with USTA NorCal and cannot have been serving a suspension within the last 12 months
  • Player must have a current NTRP Rating
  • Player must have a current USTA membership that is valid through the end of the league season the player is registering for.
  • Player must know what team they are registering for and have the captains permission to register (If you need help finding a team, please contact Michelle Angel at angel@norcal.usta.com)
  • Must register for the team by the end of week 5 of the local league season.
  • After the promotion form is received and verified, a credit of $33 will be applied to the player’s account.  Credit will be good for 7 days from the date the credit is applied.
  • In order to receive this offer, player must wait until this credit is applied to your account before registering on a team.

 

 

New Captains Promotion

 

Try captaining a team!  Become a team captain and lead your team through an Adult League season!  USTA NorCal is recruiting new captains and would like to thank them by offering a 1/4 -zip pullover to new captains and those who refer and mentor them.  

 

If you need help with captaining, there are many great resources that can help.  Among the resources, there is a New Captains Guide on the NorCal website.  USTA NorCal also hosts New Captains Webinars at the beginning of each league season and can also share recordings of past webinars.  Additionally, if you have any questions or need help, the USTA NorCal Adult Leagues Team is here to help with any questions you have regarding leagues including (but not limited to) rules questions and help with finding players.

  • New Captain must complete and submit the New Captain Registration Form when registering the new team.  
  • New Captain must list the referring captain/mentor when completing the new Captain Registration Form.
