Regular exercise provides many benefits for good health, and that doesn't stop for a woman when she becomes pregnant. Staying active is an important part of a healthy pregnancy and is good for both mom and baby.
Exercising while pregnant provides a variety of psychological and physical benefits, including:
1. Improved discomfort of pregnancy from fatigue, varicose veins, leg swelling and low back/pelvic pain
