Established in 2024, this award recognizes a USTA National Junior Tennis and Learning chapter, volunteer, or employee who has made a recognizable impact on their community through the game of tennis. The recipient of this award is automatically nominated for the USTA NJTL Chapter of the Year Award, when applicable.
Texas
USTA Texas NJTL Impact Award
- Cannot receive the award more than once within a five (5) year period (i.e., 2020 winner is not eligible until 2025).
- Individuals cannot be self-nominated.
- Must perform operations or reside within the boundaries of USTA Texas.
- Must be a recognized USTA Texas NJTL Chapter in good standing or an active volunteer or employee of said chapter for at least one (1) year.
- Develops sustainable solutions and demonstrates creative problem-solving, initiative, and/or willingness to share ideas with other chapters.

- Nomination Period: November 1-22, 2024
- Notification Period: December 16-20, 2024
- Awards Luncheon: February 8, 2025
Nominations open annually on the first day of November and close the Friday before Thanksgiving. Selection Committees review nominations and select winners during the first two weeks of December. Submitters are notified about the status of their nomination and winners are contacted the third week of December. Winners are honored and awards are presented at the USTA Texas Awards Luncheon the second Saturday in February.
